What to Expect
After you submit your claim, an adjuster will inspect your property. We will go with you to that inspection to help make sure all damages are accounted for. Once the insurance company provides an estimate, we help check that it is accurate and help you select your roof color and style, along with other items in the claim such as paint, gutters and downspouts.
Texas law requires you to pay your deductible. Qualified clients can use our third-party financing, and others may qualify for our in-house second-chance financing. When the deductible is paid up front or financed, we offer a free upgrade to a higher impact-resistant shingle.

Do I file the claim or do you?
The claim is filed under your policy, and it takes about a five-minute phone call or a visit to your carrier's website. We can take care of the paperwork with you while we are on site.
What is non-recoverable depreciation?
It is depreciation your policy does not pay back, even after the work is done. It is common on items like fencing and decking, and some policies carry it on the roof in exchange for a lower premium. It is best to know whether your policy has it before any work begins.
Will filing a claim raise my premium?
Weather-related claims are generally treated differently from other types of claims. Your insurance agent can tell you how a claim may affect your policy.
Will you cover my deductible?
No. Texas law requires contractors to collect the deductible, and homeowners can be charged with insurance fraud along with a contractor who agrees to waive it. We offer deductible financing instead.
