Do you charge for a roof inspection?
No. Our roof inspections are free and there is no obligation.
Do I have to pay my deductible?
Yes. Texas law requires contractors to collect the deductible on insurance claims, and homeowners can be charged with insurance fraud along with a contractor who agrees to waive it. Qualified clients can use our third-party financing, and others may qualify for our in-house second-chance financing.
What is the free upgrade?
When your deductible is paid in full up front or financed, we upgrade your roof to a higher impact-resistant shingle at no extra cost.
Are you insured?
Yes. Texas law requires a minimum of $50,000, and we carry $1 million on every job.
Does my new roof come with a warranty?
Yes. Most manufacturers carry a warranty of 20 years or longer on their product, and NTX Roofing Solutions carries a 5-year workmanship warranty. All warranties are void when new storm damage occurs.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most jobs are completed in a single day. Larger homes get larger crews, and weather is the most common cause of a delay.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We can take care of the claim paperwork while we are on site, go with you to the adjuster inspection and help check that the estimate is accurate.
